Overview

We are looking to hire full and part-time Associates who are interested in supporting organizations of all kinds- schools, non-profits or corporations- to achieve excellence. Associates lend their expertise to our partners within Arizona and the US. In addition, they have the ability to foster strong relationships with partners, execute contracts successfully, and provide our partners with high quality service.

Responsibilities

The Associate is primarily responsible for the implementation of contracts and serving as the primary point of contact for our implementation partners, including school, non-profit and corporate organizations. Specific responsibilities will vary based on the training and coaching needs of our partners and their organizations.

We are looking for experts from across the spectrum of effective organizations who are interested in lending their gifts and talents to support others, while still working in their prospective fields or positions. Consultants do not work full time for Lotus, but provide support based on an alignment of their expertise and the needs of our partners, and under specific conditions. Consultants may bring their own content, services or their clients for integration into the Lotus Group. Consultants can also work collaboratively with our team to develop training, services and support based on their knowledge and skills.
