    UNPACKING & REPACKING ACADEMIC CONTENT STANDARDS

    Before we can effectively answer the question “What do I want students to learn?”, teachers need a thorough understanding of their content standards. “Unpacking and repacking” academic content standards are foundational to designing effective high quality Tier I instruction, Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, and assessments. This session introduces teachers to critical tools, resources, and a step-by-step process to better understand Arizona’s standards and assessments.

    Data analysis is critical to the continuous improvement process but can often seem overwhelming or unproductive. During the workshop participants learn the 33 Minute Data Dialogue protocol through guided practice of their school’s A-F summary reports.
