ILDI LACZKO-KERR, PhD

Ildi Laczko-Kerr has decades of experience in government, schools and non-profit organizations.  Ildi served the Arizona Department of Education as Deputy Associate Superintendent of Research and Policy where she led the development and negotiations of Arizona’s state and federal accountability systems and managed all state and federal data reporting on schools.  In Scottsdale Unified School District she served as member of the superintendent’s leadership team as an Executive Director. During her tenure her responsibilities included student information management, research and evaluation, curriculum, instruction and assessment, supervision of state and federal programs and teacher and leadership professional development and coaching. Ildi is experienced in non-profit management and development having served as the Chief Academic Officer for the Arizona Charter Schools Association and the Center for Student Achievement, an affiliated non-profit. Her passion is providing data- driven support, professional development and coaching, and seeing that result in the development and growth of her clients.

Ildi earned her PhD in Educational Psychology, focused on Learning and Instructional Technology from Arizona State University. Her education includes a bachelors in Psychology and masters in Educational Psychology, focused on Teaching, Learning and Development, both from the University of Arizona. She’s an award winning leader, receiving the Emerging Leader award from Phi Delta Kappa.
